Jhanak Shukla was the child actress who played the role of “Karishma” in the Indian television series “Karishma – The Miracles of Destiny” which aired on Star Plus from 2003-2004.
The show was a huge success and Jhanak’s portrayal of Karishma was well-received by audiences. The show was a Hindi language Indian adaptation of the famous American TV series “Small Wonder”.
She worked in movies like “Kal Ho Na Ho”, “Deadline: Sirf 24 Ghante” etc. Her other shows that she did include Son Pari, Hatim, Gumrah, etc. Jhanak also appeared in the Hollywood movie “One Night with the King”.
She is now an Archeologist and chose history over acting as she gained interest in it during her studies.
