Isha was born on 18 October 1995 in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. She completed her basic education from H.P. in the area of Kangra and changed many schools that I mentioned above. After her secondary education, she started doing BSc Nursing from BFUHSF, Faridkot, Punjab.

Isha started her career as a model in Punjabi music videos. She participated in the Winter Queen Competition in 2017, where she ended as the 2nd runner-up. She appeared in numerous music videos and it is said that Disappear is her first music video.
Her other music videos are Pyaar Ho Gya, Gulabi Pagg, Lifeline, Big Men, Dhakka, etc. She gained popularity after appearing in Sidhu Moosewala’s song Dhakka.
