Isha was born on 18 October 1995 in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. She completed her basic education from H.P. in the area of Kangra and changed many schools that I mentioned above. After her secondary education, she started doing BSc Nursing from BFUHSF, Faridkot, Punjab.

Isha Sharma started her career as a model in Punjabi music videos. She participated in the Winter Queen Competition in 2017, where she ended as the 2nd runner-up. She appeared in numerous music videos and it is said that Disappear is her first music video.
