Palak started her career with the Telugu movie Abbayitho Ammayi in 2016 starring opposite Naga Shourya and debuted in the Tamil film industry with the movie Kuppathu Raja in 2019.
After her Telugu debut, she featured in Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s music video Dil Zaffran in 2018. Her other movies are Sinam, Crazy Crazy Feeling, Sixer, etc.
Recently she appeared in a movie named 12th Fail based on the book 12th Fail: Hara Vahi Jo Lada Nahi by Anurag Pathak. Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Vikrant Massey direct this movie played the lead role of Manoj Kumar.
It is also in the news that Palak Lalwani can be seen in the movies Baaghi 4 and Chandu Champion which will release in 2024.
