Palak’s father Jiten Lalwani is also an actor and mainly works in Hindi TV shows. Her mother’s name is Dipika Lalwani and she has also a younger brother named Aditya Lalwani. She belongs to a reputed family but there is not much information available about about family.

Palak started her career with the Telugu movie Abbayitho Ammayi in 2016 starring opposite Naga Shourya and made her debut in the Tamil film industry with the movie Kuppathu Raja in 2019.
After her Telugu debut, she featured in Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s music video Dil Zaffran in 2018. Her other movies are Sinam, Crazy Crazy Feeling, Sixer, etc.
Recently she appeared in a movie named 12th Fail which is based on the book 12th Fail: Hara Vahi Jo Lada Nahi by Anurag Pathak. This movie is directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Vikrant Massey played the lead role of Manoj Kumar.
It is also in the news that Palak Lalwani can be seen in the movies Baaghi 4 and Chandu Champion which will release in 2024.
