Kalki 2898 A.D. is an upcoming Indian sci-fi movie that will release on 27 June 2024. Project K is titled Name and the actual name of the film is Kalki 2898 A.D. Kalki is the 10th Avatar of Lord Vishnu that will arrive when the Darkness is at its peak as per Indian mythology. So for now we call this movie only Kalki.

Kalki movie stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, etc. The film was to be released worldwide on 12 January 2024 but was later postponed to 9 May 2024. Now, it is going to be released on 27 June 2024.
It is the first of this kind of movie in the Indian Cinema as I remember no such futuristic movie was made in India. There is one movie Love Story 2050 which was released in 2008 and is also a sci-fi movie set up in the future but it failed at the box office.

The movie’s success entirely depends upon its concept, direction, screenplay, cinematography, original idea, and the realness of acting, which also applies to this movie. Nag Ashwin, the Indian film director, and screenwriter is the director of the movie and revealed that it is going to be a single spin-off and he does not have any plan to make it a franchise.

Glimpse
The look of the Glimpse is different and it is released in the San Diago Comic Con event. Project K or Kalki 2898 A.D. is the first Indian film to debut at the Comic-Con event. More than Prabhas’s look I liked the AB’s look. If everything goes right then there is a very high chance that it can entirely change the Indian cinema.
The glimpse shows that a force will arise when Dark forces take the world, and the end begins.

Kalki movie was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages. This movie is made under the budget of Rs 600 Cr approx.

It is the story of the modern-day avatar of Lord Vishnu known as Kalki and it is set in the dystopian future. Kalki is Who came to Earth to save it from evil forces.

Kalki Movie Review
I watched the Kalki in the theartre in 2D and it is quite a good experience. There are so much things that is revealed in the movie and a lot of cameos which proved good for the movie. There are several characters that are on screen for short time but leave big impact.
The first part before interval is quite slow but it is necessary and story picks up speed after the interval. The movie is 3 hours and 1 minute long but you don’t get bored and it also don’t appear lengthy.
The makers hide many charcters for the theatre audience and I don’t want to spoil your experience by revealing it here. There can be more parts of the movie that will come as story end with Yaskin get a drop of the Project K and Bhariva got the Sumiti.
Now let us discuss the story in detail. The story starts with the last city of the earth Kaashi where there is a complex where supremen Yaskin lives. There is everything in the complex like you can say that it is the Heaven on earth. Bhairva is a bouty hunter who wants to somehow enter the complex.
Sumiti’s name is SUM-80 in the movie and as per the movie she is the one who going to give birth to Kalki. But commander Manas wants to extract her baby in seeum. Sum-80 escaped the complex with the help of one of his friend who is Rebel and from Shambala.
Shambala is a place where all people who believe in god and waiting for him lives. It is a hidden place somewhere on earth. Whne SUM-80 is going there with rebels when the bounty hunter stops them and then Ashwthama appears and protects the SUM-80 aka Sumiti.
Then there is fight sequence between Bhairva and Ashwthama. But Sumiti and Ashwthama (the son of Drona Acharaya) win the battle and went to Shambala where commander Manas and Bhairva reached to got the Sumiti.
There is shocking revealation about the Bhairva at this poing. For more I thing you should watch the movie because I reveal everything here, you got no excitement while watching the movie. There are some flashback scenes of Mahabharat also which makes the movie more interesting.
