As per some reports on the internet, she was born and brought up in Noida, UP, India. Her father’s name is Abhay Shankar and her mother’s name is Rachna Shankar. She also has a younger brother named Apoorv Shankar.
Medha completed her basic education at Vidya Bharti Public School, Noida and later did her B.Com (Honors) from the University of Delhi. After that, she earned her master’s in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.

Medha Shankar Career
Medha started her career with modeling and did several TV commercials. She stepped into the acting world through the With You For You Always a short movie released in 2015.
It is also said that she moved to Mumbai in 2019 to pursue her dream of acting. She got her first role in Beecham House (2019) in which she played the role of Roshanara.
Subsequently, She got a chance in Shaadisthan and Dil Bekaraar. Recently, Medha appeared in the movie 12th Fail which Vidhu Vinod Chopra directed in which she played the role of Shradha Joshi.
12th Fail movie is the story of Manoj Kumar who became an IPS officer in the movie and she played the role of the lover of Manoj Kumar which is played by Vikrant Massey. Her work in the movie is appreciated by the audience.
